In this role, you’ll contribute to ensuring stable operations, maintaining high-quality data, and driving improvements in reporting processes that connect Operations and Finance seamlessly—especially during the critical month-end closing process.

Your key responsibilities will include ensuring data consistency, integrity, completeness, accuracy, and timeliness across global Operations BI reporting processes. You’ll manage and orchestrate BI master data and authorization processes while enabling new reporting developments and rollouts. Additionally, you’ll deliver training, provide process support, and analyze workflows to identify opportunities for continuous improvements in Operations Reporting.

As part of your role, you’ll also gain valuable experience in project management, acting as an in-house consultant during the design phase of projects and coordinating reporting process enhancements alongside IT counterparts.

Logistics Data & Process Governance Graduate

Join Red Bull’s Operations Data & Process Governance team as a Graduate and play a key role in strengthening our Transportation Management (TM) system—the backbone of global logistics operations. In this role, you’ll provide expert support to ensure smooth end-to-end transportation processes, resolve TM-related issues, and drive data quality improvements in master data governance. You’ll contribute to enhancements and small projects by analyzing business requirements, optimizing freight planning, charge management, and automation. Moreover, you’ll improve integrations with connected SAP systems like Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), FI (Financial Accounting), and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).

You’ll also assist with testing and documentation, maintain high-quality TM process materials, and deliver SAP training to empower key users and enhance organizational expertise. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, grow your skills in TM systems, and contribute to the success of Red Bull’s logistics operations.

You will play a key role in supporting and enhancing system solutions for the Global Procurement Team. In this role, you’ll work with key applications like SAP ARIBA, SAP and Icertis, providing proactive support to end-users in Procurement, resolving incidents, documenting technical solutions, and ensuring alignment on processes and functionalities. You’ll collaborate with operational teams, IT, data owners, and key users, keeping stakeholders informed of system updates and changes.

You’ll also contribute to system enhancements by gathering and analyzing business requirements, prioritizing needs, and translating them into technical specifications. Testing, documentation and eLearning will be central to your role, as you’ll assist with system upgrades, validate new developments, and create user-friendly documentation to ensure smooth rollouts and independent user operation.

This position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in procurement system solutions, manage small-scale projects, and drive continuous improvement.
