Job Description

ATHLETE & TEAM SPORTS DIGITAL STRATEGY GRADUATE

The Athlete and Team Sports Network plays a key role in maximizing the media potential of Red Bull athletes, key players, and teams across the global sports landscape. Across a broad network of athletes and teams, digital platforms are essential in how Red Bull athletes engage audiences and amplify the brand’s presence in sport and culture.

As an Athlete and Team Sport Digital Strategy Graduate, you will support the Media Channels team in shaping how athletes are presented across Red Bull-owned channels as well as athlete and third-party platforms. The role exists to help turn athlete social media channels into strong storytelling platforms, ensuring consistent brand and product representation while elevating athletes’ profiles around their sporting performance.

You will contribute to developing and implementing platform and digital strategies across individual athletes and team sports, working closely with internal teams and using data and insights to identify opportunities and support decision-making. By supporting new ways of working and creative content approaches, this role helps strengthen athlete media presence and engagement across diverse consumer touchpoints.

BRAND COMMUNICATION GRADUATE

Brand Network plays a central role in bringing Red Bull brand projects to life across global markets, with a strong focus on student initiatives and field-driven programs. As global engagement continues to grow, brand projects have significantly increased in both scale and complexity, with even the smallest initiatives now spanning more than 50 markets worldwide.

As a Brand Network Graduate, this role exists to support the continued growth of brand-led projects by providing hands-on support across global student and field initiatives. The position helps scale impact, strengthen market participation, and ensure consistent execution as new projects are built from the ground up each year and existing platforms continue to expand.

By supporting communication alignment and collaboration between global and local teams, the Graduate contributes to improving efficiency across brand projects while enabling the team to focus more strongly on strategic development and innovation. The role is designed to support long-term growth, with the intention of developing both the individual and the function over time within the Brand Network.

SURF COMMUNICATION GRADUATE

Surf & Skate are core pillars of Red Bull’s action sports culture, requiring authentic and well-aligned communication to connect with highly engaged global communities.

As a Surf Communication Graduate, this role exists to support the execution of the global media strategy for network projects through a fully integrated 360° communications approach. The position helps shape clear, consistent, and cohesive messaging across managed, earned, and owned channels, driving brand relevance, showcasing product functionality, and fostering engagement across core, casual, and new audiences in local markets.

By supporting alignment between global strategy, content planning, and local activation, the Graduate contributes to ensuring that network projects translate into meaningful impact across markets. The role also supports culturally relevant communication by maintaining the appropriate language, tone, and understanding of endemic surf and skate audiences.

MOTORSPORTS CONTENT GRADUATE

Red Bull Motorsports is expanding its YouTube presence, producing dynamic short-form, long-form, and live content across international events and athlete-led storytelling. As a Motorsports Graduate, you’ll support content development, pre-production planning, shoot operations, and post-production delivery while helping optimize storytelling through YouTube performance insights and innovative strategies.

With a strong passion for motorsports and digital storytelling, you’ll contribute to creating engaging content and assist with programming and live formats. This role offers hands-on experience across production workflows and is designed to develop future-ready talent for YouTube-first content creation.

You’re a recent Graduate or you’ll graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree by July 2026.
You’ve gained valuable work experience, ideally in an international context, through internships or beyond and whatever you pursue, it is characterized by passion.
You’re a team player, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit with a "go-getter" mentality when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challenges.
