IT Network & OT Graduate

Are you a tech-savvy Graduate eager to make an impact in the world of Operational Technology (OT) and IT networking? We are looking for an IT Network Graduate to help shape the future of Red Bull’s logistics and beverage operations. In this role, you will support the design and documentation of IT architectures, contribute to IT standards and target-state designs, and assist in integrating OT systems into enterprise IT platforms and networks.

Your focus area will include maintaining architecture diagrams, inventories, and technical documentation while supporting network, server, and platform architecture in a complex global environment. You will help strengthen Red Bull’s cybersecurity posture by supporting IT security architecture and governance, especially at the IT/OT boundary. You will assist with technology assessments, proof-of-concept initiatives, and the development of monitoring, observability, vulnerability management, and lifecycle management capabilities for IT/OT systems. Using AI-driven tools and analytics, you will help identify issues, optimize performance, and contribute to secure, scalable solutions while collaborating with IT architects, engineers, and operational stakeholders.

IT Finance Planning & Analytics Graduate

We are looking for a motivated graduate to join our team as an IT Finance Analytics Graduate! In this role, you’ll gain valuable hands-on experience in developing business reporting solutions while collaborating with internal and external IT teams as well as business stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include contributing to exciting projects, optimizing processes, and supporting service activities to ensure seamless integration of IT analytics solutions within the finance department.

You’ll work closely with IT colleagues and external consultants to design data models for insightful reporting, manage project budgets, and gain exposure to advanced SAP systems such as BW/DSP and SAC. Additionally, you’ll explore opportunities to leverage AI tools and solutions within the department.

IT Business Applications Logistics Graduate

As a Graduate in this team you’ll have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in developing and optimizing IT-supported business processes, working closely with both internal and external IT teams as well as key business stakeholders.

You’ll play an integral part in ensuring that technology solutions effectively meet the needs of the logistics department while driving efficiency and innovation across operations. Your responsibilities will include contributing to exciting logistics and customs projects, enhancing existing processes, and supporting service activities to ensure the smooth integration of cutting-edge IT solutions. You’ll collaborate with IT colleagues and external consultants to design and implement efficient workflows, coordinate project scopes and budgets, and oversee the management of external partners.

Additionally, you’ll have the chance to work with the latest SAP S4/HANA technology, gaining valuable exposure to advanced systems and tools that are shaping the future of logistics. This role will provide you with the skills and experience needed to thrive in a fast-paced environment while making a meaningful contribution to the success of Red Bull’s logistics operations.

IT Infrastructure Graduate

In this role, you will help accelerate the execution of Red Bull’s IT Infrastructure strategy by contributing to key initiatives in data architecture, data management, and data-driven operations. As part of the Infrastructure Architecture team, you’ll support the design and build-up of a future-proof data platform that enables consistent, high-quality data usage across all Infrastructure domains.

You’ll work closely with our Data & Analytics colleagues as well as subject-matter experts in Infrastructure to establish a solid foundation for data-driven decision-making. You will play an important role in shaping how Infrastructure manages and governs its data: supporting data quality processes, helping define governance standards, and ensuring use cases and data flows are aligned with our architectural principles. Your responsibilities include coordinating and refining data use cases, translating them into clear functional and technical requirements, and producing high-quality documentation such as guidelines, standards, data definitions, and how-to materials.

You’ll also contribute to evaluating tools, technologies, and potential implementation partners, helping us build a scalable, secure, and efficient data platform tailored to Infrastructure needs. A central part of this role is cross-team collaboration: you’ll work closely with service owners, platform specialists, and Infrastructure engineers to drive alignment, foster consistent data practices, and support the adoption of data-driven processes across the department.

This position offers the opportunity to grow into an architect-level role, developing expertise in data modelling, platform design, and enterprise-level data management.

Sales Business Applications Graduate

As On Premise Sales Business Applications Graduate, you’ll play a key part in supporting two critical areas: driving business growth through enhanced reporting capabilities and ensuring the successful implementation of a new sales tracking tool.

As Red Bull’s On Premise business expands, you’ll help integrate data into the corporate data model, develop key performance indicators (KPIs), and harmonize reporting dimensions to meet operational demands. Your role will include conducting quality assurance processes to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and completeness across sales tools and reports.

Additionally, you’ll be deeply involved in the implementation of Red Bull’s new Sales Execution Tracking Tool (GET), supporting data integration, user training, data migration, reporting setup, and creating user guides. You’ll manage system changes and lead user acceptance testing to ensure new processes align seamlessly with business needs

You’re a recent Graduate or you’ll graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree by July 2026.
You’ve gained valuable work experience, ideally in an international context, through internships or beyond and whatever you pursue, it is characterized by passion.
You’re a team player, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit with a "go-getter" mentality when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challenges.
Fluency in English is required for our HQ Graduate Program in Austria. For some positions, German language skills are necessary, and additional language skills are always considered as an advantage.
