Job Description

QUALITY MANAGEMENT GRADUATE

As Quality Management Graduate, you will support the team in Elsbethen with the management and development of Red Bull’s Data Driven Quality Assurance (DDQA) system at our copackers. Acting as a key interface between business, quality, data analytics, and technical departments, you will help ensure that DDQA processes are effectively implemented, monitored, and continuously improved.

You will manage DDQA projects, including mixing tank initiatives, review and integrate DDQA processes into the current quality landscape, and establish a standardized DDQA approach across Red Bull-managed copackers. Additionally, you will supervise DDQA usage at our copacker Rauch, lead regular alignment meetings, support quarterly information sessions, and assist with preparation and co-auditing of the DDQA standard.

By combining project management, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration, the Graduate strengthens quality assurance practices, ensures alignment across internal and external stakeholders, and contributes to maintaining Red Bull’s high standards in product quality.

BEVERAGE INNOVATION GRADUATE

The Beverage Innovation team, located in Fuschl, at Red Bull is constantly exploring new ideas, technologies, and trends to stay at the forefront of the beverage industry. As a Beverage Innovation Graduate, you will support the team in bringing new products to market, assessing ingredients for functional beverages, and elaborating sensory challenges to ensure innovative, high-quality beverage solutions.

You will evaluate ingredient interactions and their effects on product stability, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help implement forward-looking solutions in addition to regular product development work. By systematically capturing market and technology trends and applying them to ongoing projects, the Graduate helps the team maintain Red Bull’s position as a trendsetter and ensures that innovation continues to drive the brand forward.

Qualifications

You’re a recent Graduate or you’ll graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree by July 2026.
You’ve gained valuable work experience, ideally in an international context, through internships or beyond and whatever you pursue, it is characterized by passion.
You’re a team player, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit with a "go-getter" mentality when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challenges.
Fluency in English is required for our HQ Graduate Program in Austria. For some positions, German language skills are necessary, and additional language skills are always considered as an advantage.
