Job Description
HQ Legal Graduate
In this role, you’ll provide top-notch legal support to Red Bull’s Headquarter departments, including involvement in strategic projects and Merger and Acquisition initiatives. You’ll assist with legal inquiries, collaborate with legal counsels, and offer pragmatic, business-oriented advice. Additionally, you’ll help create and update internal policies and templates, develop training programs to raise legal awareness, and monitor laws and regulations to provide recommendations to senior management. Compliance Graduate
Take the first step toward an exciting career in compliance with Red Bull as a Legal Compliance Graduate! In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the company adheres to international laws and regulatory requirements while promoting a strong ethical culture. You’ll support the development, implementation, and management of Red Bull’s compliance program, contribute to company-wide projects, and help create and update internal policies and guidelines.
You’ll also assist in designing training programs, including eLearning initiatives, to educate employees on compliance risks and best practices. As a key point of contact for compliance inquiries, you’ll provide expert advice and ensure prompt and accurate responses. Additional responsibilities include conducting risk analyses, fostering a Compliance Ambassador Network, and monitoring and reporting compliance activities to senior management.
Europe Legal Graduate
Step into the dynamic world of international law as a Legal Europe Graduate at Red Bull! As part of the Legal Regions Team Europe, you’ll play a key role in supporting the European Red Bull markets by providing timely and professional legal advice across a variety of business areas. This position offers the unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, growing environment, tackling complex legal topics and contributing to strategic projects.
In this role, you’ll assist in managing legal risks associated with Red Bull’s global beverage business, both nationally and internationally. You’ll prepare legal solutions for diverse topics such as events, sponsorships, logistics, sales inquiries, data protection, marketing, and consumer-related matters. Additionally, you’ll support the team in negotiations with purchasing alliances and coordinate internally with local markets. Other key responsibilities include implementing legal projects and trainings, developing and reviewing contract templates, and drafting and reviewing legal documents under the supervision of the Area Legal Europe team.
Data Privacy Graduate
In this role, you’ll provide expert advice on global data privacy matters and cutting-edge digital law topics such as tracking technology, AI, and AdTech. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Business and Legal Business Partners, handling processes like data subject requests (DSR) and breach management, and contributing as a subject matter expert to compliance projects and processes.
Your responsibilities will also include drafting remediation processes, conducting remediation activities, and ensuring templates and guidances are up to date. Additionally, you’ll stay ahead of legal developments by maintaining a system for horizon scanning and contributing to the Regulatory Intelligence project.

Media Legal Graduate
Join Red Bull as a Media Legal Graduate and gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of media law! In this role, you’ll work closely with the Senior Legal Counsel for Sports Productions and the Legal Counsel for Media, providing support on legal matters related to Red Bull’s Global Media Network productions, including moving images and stills.
You’ll take on key responsibilities such as preparing and testing contract templates for Contract Creator, ensuring templates are up-to-date and localized as needed. This task will help you familiarize yourself with operational processes while contributing to the team's efficiency. Additionally, you’ll lead the creation of a quarterly knowledge-sharing newsletter, conducting in-depth research, summarizing key legal developments, and keeping the team informed on EU directives, court rulings, and other updates.
Qualifications
Law degree (Mag. iur./2. Staatsexamen or equivalent or Master of Business Law) with strong academic credentials.
You’ve gained valuable work experience, ideally in an international context, through internships or beyond and whatever you pursue, it is characterized by passion.
You’re a team player, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit with a "go-getter" mentality when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challenges.
Fluency in English is required for our HQ Graduate Program in Austria. For some positions, German language skills are necessary, and additional language skills are always considered as an advantage.
