Job Description

Finance Data & Process Development Graduate

Join Red Bull’s Global Data Department as a Finance Data & Process Development Graduate and become a key link between business and IT. After comprehensive onboarding and training, you’ll help design system solutions for projects aligning content, process and people. You’ll translate business requirements into technical concepts and create Business Scope Statements (BSS) focusing on data integration, process efficiency, and end-to-end improvements while supporting the delivery of high-quality outcomes for the organization.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in project management by contributing to tasks, tracking milestones, and ensuring deadlines are met. Testing, documentation, and user training will also be part of your role as you ensure the quality of technical development and facilitate system adoption. Additionally, you’ll provide 2nd level support to key users, ensuring smooth operations and addressing process and/or system-related issues.

Customer Profitability Management (CPM) Graduate

Join us as a Graduate to gain valuable insights into customer profitability management and obtain hands-on experience in project management. You will contribute to the development of cross-functional processes and tools that support Sales, Finance, and Operations. In this role, you will play a key part in continuously enhancing our state-of-the-art systems, working on innovative solutions alongside internal and external consultants and serve as a global contact for our CPM tool, providing support to local Key Users worldwide and ensuring seamless system functionality and robust processes.

As a member of the project team, you will prioritize a user-centric approach to define system requirements, identify efficiencies, and address opportunities for improvement related to tool handling and associated business processes within the CPM system. Furthermore, you will ensure system-developments meet users' needs, perform data quality audits, refine global standards, and assist countries in enhancing data accuracy. You will also drive the training agenda by designing engaging digital materials and delivering impactful on-site and online sessions to empower users across the globe. In doing so, you will actively drive change and contribute to Red Bull's success. 

Qualifications

You’re a recent Graduate or you’ll graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree by July 2026.
You’ve gained valuable work experience, ideally in an international context, through internships or beyond and whatever you pursue, it is characterized by passion.
You’re a team player, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit with a "go-getter" mentality when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challenges.
Fluency in English is required for our HQ Graduate Program in Austria. For some positions, German language skills are necessary, and additional language skills are always considered as an advantage.
