Job Description

INDIRECT PROCUREMENT GRADUATE

As a Indirect Procurement Graduate, this role strengthens the procurement organization by adding additional capability and academic know-how within indirect procurement categories. The position supports the team in managing suppliers, structuring sourcing activities, and bringing a data-driven and methodical approach to procurement processes.

The role contributes to supplier and stakeholder collaboration across the organization, supporting sourcing decisions, sustainability initiatives, and spend transparency within indirect categories. By working closely with internal teams and external partners, the Graduate helps ensure structured, compliant, and responsible procurement while expanding the organization’s ability to respond to evolving business requirements.

VISIT PROCUREMENT GRADUATE

This role supports strategic and operational procurement at the category level by providing insights into sourcing, demand, and risk management. You will play a key part in strengthening decision-making across the organization by analyzing market trends, supplier performance, and category-specific data to support more informed and agile sourcing strategies.

As a VISIT Procurement Graduate, you will contribute to category strategy development and execution through data-driven analysis, helping to optimize sourcing options, improve resilience across regional and local markets, and support cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, and Legal teams.

By working on analytics, sourcing support, and continuous improvement initiatives, the Graduate strengthens the organization’s procurement capabilities, supports cost optimization, and contributes to building a data-informed, agile procurement function

Qualifications

You’re a recent Graduate or you’ll graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree by July 2026.
You’ve gained valuable work experience, ideally in an international context, through internships or beyond and whatever you pursue, it is characterized by passion.
You’re a team player, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit with a "go-getter" mentality when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challenges.
Fluency in English is required for our HQ Graduate Program in Austria. For some positions, German language skills are necessary, and additional language skills are always considered as an advantage.
