Job Description
CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT & STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT
Successfully manage key advertising campaigns, ensuring that all programs are executed as planned, on time, and within budget.
Assist with the launch, maintenance, and conclusion of campaigns.
Take responsibility for creating, maintaining, and managing the overall campaign lifecycle timeline, including third-party timelines (e.g., agencies).
Develop comprehensive campaign briefs for advertising campaigns, ensuring they remain aligned with the strategy throughout their lifecycle.
Gather audience data, consumer insights, activation details, past campaign learnings, and best practices to enhance briefs.
Contribute to the ideation and development of the annual Advertising Business Plan.
Collaborate closely with the Media Team to continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance.
Support the creation and lead the sharing of campaign reports, highlighting performance, lessons learned, and best practices.
Assist with launching and concluding creative-focused Brand Studies to ensure growth and improvement in key campaigns.
Ensure proper data integration and compliance specific to campaigns.
CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT
Responsible for developing and/or sourcing all creative assets required to successfully launch campaigns on time and in alignment with strategy.
Lead the creative development process across various channels, including social media, WebTV, digital display, SEM, television, out-of-home (OOH), and radio advertising.
Ensure all creative materials adhere to brand standards.
Review and approve creative assets through mandatory legal processes to ensure proper above-the-line (ATL) clearance.
Conduct quality assurance (QA) and proofreading to ensure all assets meet required standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all creative agency partners, overseeing planning and execution efforts.
Manage creative review and approval processes, from initial concept development through production, trafficking, and campaign launch.
Provide guidance and inspiration to the creative development process by identifying gaps and opportunities, while assessing and highlighting creative examples to continuously improve consumer-facing communications.
Ensure accurate and thorough budget management and tracking throughout the concepting and production phases.
CROSS FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
Ensure continuous collaboration with cross-departmental stakeholders throughout the campaign process, including the stages of briefing, creative development, launch, optimization, analysis of results, and key learnings.
Solicit creative input from relevant cross-departmental stakeholders as needed, such as Brand, Sports, Culture, and Media House teams.
Foster and maintain a collaborative, professional relationship with all agency partners.
FUTURE THINKING
Consistently monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure we remain at the forefront and can incorporate innovative ideas into our campaigns.
Continuously advocate for innovation from agencies, emphasizing emerging technologies, new creative formats, and beta opportunities.
Qualifications
2+ years of relevant professional experience.
Exceptional communication skills, including proficiency in written, verbal, and presentation formats.
Strong analytical abilities with a focus on understanding emerging digital trends and landscapes.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Proven strategic thinking skills, with the capability to anticipate trends and transform insights into actionable plans.
Expertise in planning, prioritization, and project management.
An entrepreneurial mindset, characterized by a proactive attitude, continuous learning, and application of industry best practices.
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a team.

A Bachelor's degree is required.
Additional Information
This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $65,600 - $98,400 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
