We are opening a new position in Slovakia – Distribution Manager – to shape the future of Red Bull’s wholesale strategy and drive growth across Off Premise and On Premise channels.
The Distribution Manager plays a key role in driving Red Bull’s success by setting a strategic direction that maximizes growth opportunities. This position requires an experienced sales professional who can effectively manage sales and distribution while building strong, long-term relationships with wholesalers and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
The role focuses on developing and implementing a profitable and efficient strategy to expand Red Bull’s presence in both Off Premise and On Premise channels, ensuring continuous growth and alignment with the brand’s premium positioning.
Job Description
Distribution & Logistic Management
The Distribution Manager will manage the WHS business to deliver country KPIs, leveraging distribution opportunities across both Off Premise and On Premise departments. He/she will identify and capitalize on new opportunities for horizontal and vertical distribution growth. The role also involves monitoring and maintaining optimal stock levels with wholesalers to ensure availability across all relevant channels while avoiding overstocking. Additionally, the Distribution Manager will collaborate with partners on new projects to drive innovation and enhance distribution efficiency.
Strategic Planning & Optimization
The Distribution Manager will develop and implement strategies to improve distribution efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining Red Bull's 100% service level. He/she will develop and oversee a long-term distribution model for the country that integrates growth opportunities across both Off Premise and On Premise channels. The role also includes designing and executing actions within the Business Plan, focusing on enhancing the wholesale distribution model and driving consumer-driven value creation. Furthermore, he/she will identify and resolve bottlenecks in the supply chain to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Stakeholder Management
The Distribution Manager will build and maintain strong, win-win relationships with WHS partners, including fostering strong partnerships with the sales representatives of these partners. He/she will collaborate closely with Red Bull's field force team to ensure seamless execution of strategies in both Off Premise and On Premise environments. The role requires effective cross-departmental cooperation with On Premise, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure alignment on key objectives. Additionally, the Distribution Manager will negotiate contracts and agreements to secure competitive pricing and high-quality service.
Reporting & Analysis
The Distribution Manager will prepare and present regular reports on distribution performance, efficiency, and projects to senior management and HQ. He/she will utilize data-driven insights to identify gaps and recommend continuous improvement initiatives. The role also includes obtaining depletions data from wholesalers to improve forecasting, measure performance, and ensure alignment with channel-specific goals.
The Distribution Manager will create presentations for internal meetings and HQ reporting and must be ready to present results to the HQ team in English. Regular meetings with the HQ team will also be conducted to share results, best practices, and lessons learned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position within the Horeca business in the FMCG industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- The candidate should demonstrate strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and an analytical approach to decision-making.
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while effectively managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Fluency in English and Slovak/Czech is required, with the ability to confidently prepare and deliver presentations to the HQ team in English.
Additional Information
Salary (brutto): Starting from 2700 EUR/month (final base salary will depend on seniority of the final candidate). Yearly performance bonuses.

Práva dotknutej osoby: právo na prístup k osobným údajom, právo na opravu, právo na vymazanie, právo na obmedzenie spracúvania, právo namietať proti spracúvaniu, právo na prenosnosť údajov a právo podať sťažnosť dozornému orgánu, a to v rozsahu podľa čl. 15 a nasl. Nariadenia GDPR.
Poskytnutie bežných osobných údajov formou zaslania životopisu a žiadosti o zamestnanie je predpokladom, aby sa prevádzkovateľ dozvedel o tom, že dotknutá osoba sa u neho uchádza o zamestnanie.
V súvislosti so spracúvaním osobných údajov uchádzača o zamestnanie neexistuje automatizované rozhodovanie a profilovanie.
