What you'll do:
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll own the full recruitment process and collaborate with hiring leaders and key stakeholders across the Bank to attract and acquire top talent. A key responsibility will be to develop and execute a recruitment strategy, ensuring a strong partnership with business leaders and a positive experience for candidates. Our Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist supports the Bank's people strategy of building a workforce of highly capable, top-performing talent.

Responsibilities
- Manage full life cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage. Partner with multiple levels of leaders, including senior leaders, to understand the hiring needs and design a recruitment strategy to find the right talent.
- Think strategically and creatively to proactively source active and passive candidates from a variety of sources (online databases, employee referrals, external events, professional associations, networking, research, etc.) while ensuring a pipeline of a diverse candidate slate.
- Create a positive candidate experience, guiding leaders on expectations and timely feedback and follow-up throughout the process. Contribute to the development of leading processes, technology and overall solutions to improve and enhance the talent acquisition function.
- Perform all functions according to established policies, procedures, employment law, and regulations, including adherence to OFCCP requirements
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of related experience
- Recruitment experience in Banking industry preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
- Intermediate to advanced experience sourcing, recruiting and building strong, diverse talent pipelines, including use of Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, alternative search techniques, and recruiting related technology.
- Intermediate to advanced Experience prioritizing and executing multiple searches at a time with excellent customer focus and attention to detail.
- Strong speaking and writing skills for internal and external audiences
