Warringal Private Hospital is recruiting experienced Enrolled Nurses to join our team commencing January 2027, in our Medical and Surgical Wards.

About the hospital: We are a leading healthcare provider in Melbourne’s north-east, offering contemporary facilities and a comprehensive range of services. Following significant redevelopment, the hospital now features 215 beds, 11 state-of-the-art operating theatres, advanced ICU services, a dedicated cardiovascular procedure centre, endoscopy suites and a comprehensive day oncology service.

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will utilise your clinical skills to deliver high-quality patient care within your scope of practice, while working alongside Registered Nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team to support positive patient outcomes.

Depending on your ward and specialty, you'll:

• Assess, plan and coordinate care for acute medical and post-operative patients.
• Administer medications, IV therapies and prescribed treatments.
• Manage wounds, drains, pain and other specialty-specific care needs.
• Monitor patients, recognise deterioration and support recovery and discharge planning.

To be considered, you'll need:

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Current, valid working rights in Australia.
• Minimum 12 months post-graduate acute hospital experience, including recent experience in the specialty you apply for.
• Medication administration competencies, including IV qualifications where required for the role.
• Strong clinical observation and patient care skills, with a commitment to safe practice, communication and teamwork.

• Full-time, part-time and casual positions, with preferred hours and roster arrangements open for discussion.
• Remuneration: Base hourly rate ranging from $36.13 - $40.41 + super based on experience level and qualifications. Penalty rates and allowances are additional. (VIC Enrolled Nurse Year 1–Year 8*).

• Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months.
• According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children Check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
