Job Description
Ramsay Health Care is undertaking a multi-year workforce optimisation transformation to enhance rostering practices, modernise workforce operating models and leverage technology to enable smarter, more sustainable workforce management. As Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering initiatives across the program, coordinating multiple workstreams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and adoption. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact on how Ramsay manages and supports its workforce into the future. Please note, this is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
What You'll Do
You will manage the delivery of key workforce optimisation initiatives, working across People, Operations, Technology and clinical stakeholders to drive outcomes and maintain momentum across the program.
Key responsibilities include:
- Plan and deliver assigned workforce optimisation initiatives, ensuring milestones, timelines and outcomes are achieved.
- Coordinate dependencies across multiple workstreams, including the Roster, Scheduling and Time & Attendance (RoSTA) implementation.
- Support initiatives focused on rostering, workforce operating models, agency workforce reduction, talent and capability development, and workforce analytics.
- Develop and maintain project plans, reporting, risks, issues, dependencies and action registers.
- Support program governance, including reporting, project updates and escalation of key issues.
- Partner with stakeholders to support implementation, change readiness and adoption.
- Track project outcomes and success measures.
- Build strong relationships across operational, clinical and corporate teams.
What You'll Bring
You will be an experienced Project Manager who thrives in complex environments and can confidently coordinate multiple priorities, stakeholders and workstreams. You’ll bring strong planning, communication and stakeholder management skills, combined with a practical and outcome-focused approach.
You will bring:
- Proven project management experience, ideally within People, workforce, operational improvement or technology environments.
- Strong project planning and delivery capability, including management of timelines, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Demonstrated experience supporting change, implementation and adoption.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Experience in healthcare, workforce management, rostering or operational environments will be highly regarded.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, PRINCE2 or similar.
