Front Desk Administration Clerk – Beleura Private Hospital

An exciting part-time opportunity is now available for an admin superstar to join our friendly front desk team!
What You'll Do
- Welcome patients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and empathy
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses
- Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and appointment bookings
- Maintain accurate records and update patient information in our hospital systems
- Liaise with clinical teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow
- Keep the reception area organised, calm, and welcoming at all times
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be a well-presented with highly developed communication and organisational skills. Your strong administration skillset, attention to detail and accuracy will be key to this role as will your ability to manage conflicting priorities working in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in administration, reception, or customer service (healthcare experience highly advantageous)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail — you’ll be juggling multiple priorities with ease
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- A calm, compassionate, and professional manner, even in busy situations
- Confidence using computer systems and learning new software quickly
