Step into a pivotal role where you'll oversee all pharmaceutical operations, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and medication management. You'll manage a mental health dispensary focused on maintaining regulatory compliance and driving clinical excellence across our 114 bed mental health clinic.

What You'll Do
- Provide expert clinical pharmacy services and medication management
- Lead pharmacy operations, clinical services, clinical trials, and coordinate therapeutic drug monitoring services
- Ensure compliance with TGA, AHPRA, and NSQHS hospital accreditation standards
- Collaborate with clinic management, psychiatrists and clinical nursing staff to optimize patient outcomes
- Manage inventory, budgets, and operational efficiency
- Implement innovative pharmacy practices and quality improvement initiatives

You will have

•  Registration with AHPRA as a pharmacist
•  Previous experience in hospital pharmacy, and mental health setting preferred
•  Strong leadership and communication skills
•  Commitment to patient safety and quality care
•  Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
•  Membership with AdPha preferred
