Opportunities open to Enrolled Nurses (IV Qualified) and Registered Nurses.

The Endoscopy Day Surgery Nurse delivers comprehensive, patient-centred care throughout the pre-admission, intraoperative, and post-anaesthetic recovery phases of diagnostic and therapeutic gastrointestinal procedures. Depending on your current nursing registration level, your responsibilities range from clinical workflow support and equipment preparation to advanced patient monitoring, sedation administration, and compliance with strict Australian infection control standards.

You will be part of our welcoming Day Procedures Unit, working under the guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse, and Shift Leaders. In this role, you’ll join a dedicated team of professionals committed to exceeding Ramsay’s high standards of patient care, while continuing to develop and expand your own skills.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has APHRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse and a minimum of two (2) years post graduate experience in an acute hospital setting
  • IV and Medication Qualified (Essential)
  • Previous experience in Gastroenterology, Scrub/Scout or Anaesthetics and Recovery is an advantage but not a requirement
  • You thrive in a team and genuinely cares for others
  • You have exceptional customer service and time management skills
