Join our global HR team as our new HR Student Assistant and work with us to close the gap to a

Your new role
As our new HR Student Assistant, you will be part of a department with HR professionals placed in
Copenhagen and across Ramboll’s global positions. You will refer to our Head of HR Transport (HRD
sitting in Oslo, Norway), and we imagine that you will work approximately 10-15 hours a week, but it
will vary depending on both your tasks with us and your academic responsibilities.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Supporting our HR team in ongoing projects (ie performance management, skills taxonomy, talent management, annual HR processes etc)
- Supporting the bonus processes in collaboration with the HR Business Partners and Finance team
- Data preparation and reporting for presentations
- Assisting with hands-on tasks like planning and facilitating events and workshops (e.g. Insights Discovery, Reverse Mentoring, Capability Programme)
- Collaborations with internal and external stakeholders on various events or projects
- Exciting and challenging ad hoc tasks
About you

These include:
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree within Human Resource Management, People & Business Development or similar (we encourage you have 2 years ahead of you in your education)
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and proactively engage with colleagues and stakeholders (as your manager is remote your independence is crucial)
- Professional communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Experienced in working with MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Personal qualities that will enable you to succeed in this role include: You have a systematic approach to your tasks, and you follow up to make sure processes are followed through. You are committed to your tasks – no matter how big or small – and you want to engage in a global community of HR professionals. We expect you to be service-minded and proactive in your interaction with colleagues
