Marketing Manager, Global Campaign Team

Are you an experienced B2B marketeer who can plan and lead marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence across markets as well as design content-led marketing initiatives that promote complex services? And can you competently drive projects through to completion in a matrix organisation - on time and with impact? If yes, this role could be a great opportunity for you.
As a team we support business growth priorities and collaborate for impact, and as Marketing Manager you will join the global Brand, Marketing and External Relations department out of our new Manchester team, partnering with in-house CoEs, business units and external agencies to plan and execute group-wide marketing initiatives and digital campaigns across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and executive marketing initiatives and campaigns in alignment with group marketing plan and relevant business areas
- Project manage marketing activities and collaborate across functional teams to deliver, evaluate and report on performance, adjusting efforts as needed.
- Ensure quality of marketing content, clear value propositions, and asset deliveries with content specialists, brand, web, and design team as well as external agencies and partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure quality and relevance of group marketing initiatives and enable local campaign amplification.
- Support Account Based Marketing initiatives and take lead other strategic group marketing initiatives.
About you
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience from a similar role - preferably in a global B2B company or agency
- Strong project management and team collaboration skills.
- Proven track record with digital campaigns and knowledge of utilising paid social to reach desired audiences – including solid experience with LinkedIn advertising
- Ability to understand and translate the complex into a clear value proposition and campaign messaging.
- Confident problem-solver with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive and solution-focused mindset.
