Job Description

HR Project Specialist (6-Month Contract)

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive HR Project Specialist to support the delivery of strategic HR initiatives across the APAC region. In this 6‑month contract role, you will partner closely with the Head of HR APAC and regional HR teams to drive key HR projects including talent programs, employee experience initiatives, change management activities, and HR support for M&A-related work.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive and support strategic HR project planning, execution, and tracking
  • Support employer branding, workplace culture, Diversity, Equality and Inclusion (DEI), talent programs and capability-building initiatives
  • Contribute to employee experience and engagement activities
  • Assist with change management deliverables and communications
  • Support HR activities during due diligence, integration, or restructuring in M&A contexts
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights for leadership
  • Coordinate with HR teams and vendors across APAC
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for the program delivery and improvement

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in regional or project-driven roles
  • Exposure to HR projects, talent programs, change management, or M&A activities
  • Strong understanding of APAC HR landscapes
  • Excellent communication, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
