Your new team and role
Our projects cover a wide range of industrial sites, such as energy and power plants, the pulp and paper industry, the metal and mining industry, data centers, and food factories.
We work with the customer to prepare a feasibility study for the site and define the necessary plan, schedule, quality, and cost targets for the project. A carefully prepared project plan provides a solid basis for investment decisions and the launch of any further planning. With us, you will be among the best professionals in the field!
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Responsible for ensuring that each project meets the project KPIs, Data Center Development Guidelines and Standards
- Ensure Statutory Obligations and Construction Safety Policies are met
- Provides guidance and corrective action when necessary
- Provides unique knowledge and answers questions regarding delivery options
About you
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a senior role with formal qualification in health & safety management; with relevant experience in construction Health & Safety management.
- Extensive experience in contractor communications, and liaising with design teams, and other project professionals
- Degree and/or certification in Health & Safety profession
- Strong communication skills in Finnish and English
- Demonstrate experience of international projects and have a good understanding of cultural, diversity and inclusivity aspects in large-scale projects
- You must have a valid work permit to work in Finland
