We are seeking a skilled Process Consultant - Test to join our dynamic team in Hamburg, Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and testing business processes to drive efficiency and quality improvements across our organization.

• Conduct comprehensive process analyses to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Design, develop, and implement test strategies and plans for new and existing business processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand process workflows
• Perform data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making and process enhancements
• Manage and execute test cases, ensuring thorough coverage and documentation of results
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, standard operating procedures, and user guides
• Provide expert guidance on process improvement methodologies and best practices
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on new processes and testing procedures
• Monitor and evaluate process performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in process management and testing

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in process consulting or related field
• Strong background in test management and quality assurance
• Expertise in process analysis, optimization, and business process modeling
• Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills
• Strong project management abilities
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of industry-specific processes and best practices
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in relevant industries
• Certifications in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, ITIL) preferred
