Job Description
Your Role at Raising Cane’s:
The Influencer Marketing Manager supports and executes Raising Cane’s influencer marketing strategy, working closely with senior leadership to strengthen brand relevance, engagement, and growth. This role is responsible for managing national, local, and NIL influencer partnerships while ensuring all activity aligns with brand voice, business objectives, and annual marketing goals. This position partners cross-functionally with Field Marketing, Creative Services, Customer Relations, Brand teams, and agency partners to deliver thoughtful, compliant, and high impact influencer initiatives.
Your Impact and Responsibilities:
• Manage NIL, local, and national influencer relationships, including outreach, communication, and ongoing
partnership support
• Evaluate, schedule, and oversee logistics for influencer partnerships and branded promotional events
• Partner with agency teams on influencer briefs, partnerships, events, and performance evaluations
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure influencer and social initiatives align with business
objectives, audience growth goals, and overall communications strategy
• Collect, analyze, and report influencer and social performance metrics weekly and monthly, providing clear
insights and recommendations
• Monitor cultural conversations and national trends to identify opportunities for proactive content and influencer
activation
• Apply sound judgment to identify and communicate potential brand, reputational, or partnership risks and
collaborate with internal teams as needed
• Develop and maintain training materials to support Field Marketing teams with local influencer activations
• Monitor influencer sentiment and performance, proactively identifying and communicating potential brand or
reputational concerns
• Analyze focus market data to identify opportunities and provide actionable recommendations
• Support influencer content calendar development and localization coordination across markets
Travel Requirements:
Up to 50% of travel to support influencer activations, events, and key initiatives
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience leading social media influencer marking initiatives in a corporate or agency environment
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, public relations, or related field
• Working knowledge of influencer and social media tools such as CreatorIQ, Khoros, MomentFeed, Sprinklr,
Sprout Social, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of brand voice, influencer briefing, and all NIL and FTC regulations related to influencer
partnerships and promotions
• Ability to think critically and solve problems in the context of content, partnerships, brand messaging,
objectives, and voice
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-driven, adaptable, and energetic with strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively while building strong relationships
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience managing national influencer partnerships or high profile brand campaigns
• Experience supporting field or localized marketing initiatives
