Job Description

Salary: £25,000 Base salary + commission

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm

Location: Radius Campus, Emperor Way, Crewe CW1 6BD (5-minute walk from Crewe train station)
Holidays: 25 days per year, plus additional Bank holidays 

Job Purpose:

There has never been a better time to join Radius, as this is a brand new and exciting team we are putting together with plans to grow over the coming months! Our Sales Advisors are really important to the continued success of the business as we continue to support our customers by delivering best-in-class sustainable mobility, connectivity and technology solutions. You will be responsible for contacting existing fuel customers with the objective of cross-selling our mobile telecoms and vehicle tracking products.

Your responsibilities day to day will be…

  • Holding account reviews with our customers who already hold Fuel cards from Radius and cross-selling our other business solutions. Alongside responding to inbound calls and emails from an existing customer base.
  • Promoting/showing our self-service portal to new customers and explaining our other products to our existing customers
  • Create working relationships with colleagues within other divisions
  • Articulate challenges and opportunities to the Head of Multi-Product Sales

What do we expect of you?

  • Self motivated with a desire to achieve set targets
  • Ability to understand and discuss a variety of different products and business areas
  • Strong communication skills with good telephone manner
  • Good organisation skills and ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
