Job Description

About the role 

We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and play a key role in delivering campaigns, promotions and customer communications across TABtouch and TAB channels.

Working closely with agency partners and internal stakeholders, you'll coordinate and execute campaigns from concept to launch, ensuring every initiative is delivered on-time, on-brand and with the customer front of mind. From brand campaigns, seasonal racing & sports campaigns, to media flighting and scheduling and customer communications, this is a hands-on role where no two days are the same.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Coordinate creative briefing, production and campaign asset delivery with creative and media partners.
  • Support media planning implementation, campaign flighting and creative material instruction updates
  • Collaborate with customer engagement, content and product teams aligning key priorities and integrated campaign delivery ensuring consistent messaging to customers.
  • Conduct post-campaign reporting, analysing results and identifying insights for future campaigns.
  • Coordinate promotional activities deliverables and point-of-sale materials.
  • Support key strategic priority programs across the business as required. 
  • Assist with purchase orders, invoicing and budget administration while supporting campaign expenditure tracking.
  • Ensure marketing activity complies with responsible wagering requirements, legislation and internal policies.

Qualifications

About you

  • Demonstrated experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns, promotional programs and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Strong coordination, planning and organisational skills. Experience working with stakeholders and delivering campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide marketing guidance and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating creative development, campaign production and media implementation.
  • Demonstrated ability working with budgets, purchase orders, invoicing and supplier relationships.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance and compliance.
  • Working knowledge of responsible wagering requirements (or regulated industry) advertising standards and relevant legal obligations.
  • Experience within wagering, racing, sports, retail or SaaS marketing environments is highly regarded.
