Job Description

About the role 

We are looking for an experienced Responsible Wagering Analyst to join our growing team on a Permanent Full Time Basis. 

As the Responsible Wagering Analyst, you will be responsible for assessing customer wagering activity, identifying indicators of gambling-related harm, and supporting timely interventions in line with responsible wagering frameworks, policies and regulatory obligations. The role conducts customer reviews, check-in calls and written assessments, maintains accurate case records, and supports consistent customer protection outcomes. 

Other responsibilities include: 

  • Engaging with customers, experiencing, or at risk of experiencing, gambling-related harm.
  • Analysing customer data to support responsible wagering interventions and recommendations.
  • Preparing evidence-based assessments and customer protection recommendations.
  • Escalating complex or high-risk matters where required.
  • Supporting regulatory reporting, audits and reviews.
  • ​​​​​​​Identifying emerging harm trends and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. 

Qualifications

About you 

To be successful in this role, you'll demonstrate: 

  • Experience assessing customer risk and identifying indicators of gambling-related harm or vulnerability.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret behavioral, transactional and customer interaction data. 
  • Excellent written communication skills, including the preparation of assessments, case notes and recommendations. 
  • Confidence managing sensitive customer conversations with empathy, professionalism and discretion.
