Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Principal Software Engineer to shape our CRM and Integrations capability as we scale our technical and product ecosystem

This role requires deep .NET engineering expertise and a proven ability to design and deliver complex system integrations. You’ll be a key technical authority across our CRM platform and the integrations that connect it to our broader systems, working with Customer Experience teams and architecture to drive technical direction, define integration patterns, and influence platform roadmap decisions.

Our CRM platform is Microsoft Dynamics 365. You don’t need to be a Dynamics expert on day one, but you will be expected to build that capability. We’ll support you with structured learning, certifications, and hands‑on experience. What matters most is strong engineering depth, integration experience, and technical leadership.

You’ll provide technical and people leadership such as, mentoring developers, setting quality standards, and acting as a bridge between engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven depth and breadth of experience in .NET (C#) development, building production-grade enterprise systems.
  • Existing exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, or the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Strong expertise designing and implementing system integrations — REST and SOAP APIs, Azure services (Service Bus, Logic Apps, API Management, Functions), and event-driven architectures.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical direction — setting architectural standards, owning integration patterns, and guiding teams through complex delivery challenges.
  • Solid knowledge of relational databases and SQL, with experience designing and optimising data models for enterprise applications.
  • Experience with JavaScript and TypeScript for custom component and frontend development.
  • Demonstrated people leadership — experience mentoring, coaching, and uplifting technical teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for business audiences and contribute confidently to roadmap and architecture conversations.
  • A commitment to understanding the needs of our customers and delivering efficient, effective solutions.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Willing to participate in on-call support within the team as required.
  • An appetite to develop expertise in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem as part of the role, with our full support to do so
