Job Description

About the role 

This is a full-time permanent role, and you will be responsible for the daily coordination of all Retail Wagering Support matters and Raceday Control functions. 

Duties of the role include:

  • Ensure the highest level of data integrity in a live real-time environment is maintained.
  • Deliver precise and timely Raceday Information to the wagering network.
  • Ensure all external deadlines are met in accordance with business requirements when dealing with media outlets, race clubs and the wagering network.
  • Undertakes the updating of all information amendments relating to Raceday.
  • Ensures all loading of future Raceday data is loaded in a timely manner.
  • Load and update all required information for tote sport products.
  • Ensure all jackpot and guaranteed minimum pool information is correctly loaded.

Qualifications

About you:

  • Ability to interpret and apply RWWA legislation, policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of, and experience in, a ‘real-time’ on-line selling computer network system workplace would be beneficial.
  • Ability to use initiative in the application of effective problem-solving skills.
  • Sound experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Extensive experience in a customer helpdesk environment.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the racing and wagering industry
