About the Role 

In this newly created role you will be required to lead and support multiple agile teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and business outcomes. The ideal candidate will be required to provide collaborative leadership and encourage innovation and critical thinking. 

A day in the life of this role will see you:

• Lead, develop, implement, and continuously improve ways of working for the delivery of the organisation’s priorities, leveraging best practice agile methodologies.  
• Own, facilitate, and continually improve the department’s annual and quarterly planning, prioritization, and governance forums. 
• Oversee and support team members with the facilitation of agile ceremonies, including daily stand ups, sprint, ideations and release planning, sprint reviews and backlog refinements meetings. 
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the agile teams, promoting the implementation of iterative practice enhancements, sharing best practices and encouraging learning and capability uplift among team members.  
• Manage resources effectively and identify, assess and mitigate risks and issues that could impact delivery progress.

About You

• Previous experience leading diverse teams in the delivery of complex, digital projects in an agile environment. 
• Deep knowledge of agile practices, frameworks, methodologies and techniques. 
• Highly experienced facilitator who can get diverse groups to reach consensus, learn and work effectively together. 
• Effective in stakeholder management and communication across all levels of the business and cross functional teams. 
• Competent in the use and understanding of the Atlassian Tool suite and collaboration tools such as MIRO and Jira. 
• Awareness and exposure to customer centric design principles.
