Job Description
RWWA's CEO is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who is highly organised, proactive, and motivated. As well as supporting the CEO, you will be working with the Executive team and working with our Board Secretary to provide support to the Board.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing high quality administrative support to the CEO, Board and Executive Team.
- Providing administrative support to the CEO including full management of calendar, emails and phone calls as well as managing travel & expenses.
- Drafting responses to industry and other stakeholders to assist the CEO in maintaining high quality and timely communications.
- Arranging Executive meetings, offsites and events.
- Providing back-up cover for minuting Board and sub-committee meetings.
Qualifications
Ideally to be successful in this role you will need:
- Experience as Executive Assistant to a CEO and Board
- A high degree of integrity and confidentiality
- High quality customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a busy workload, working autonomously and making appropriate judgements based on understanding of the CEO’s approach
- Demonstrated experience in written communications including minutes and drafting of emails on behalf of the CEO
