Job Description
The Reprographics Associate is responsible for delivering high-quality reprographics, print production, and mail services for our client and internal teams. This includes copying, binding, finishing, document preparation, and managing physical and digital mail. The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, with experience using ENGAGE, Adobe Acrobat, and other Adobe Creative Cloud applications preferred.
Working as part of a small, collaborative team of four, the successful candidate will become a key contributor to the day-to-day operation of the site. Reprographics and mailroom experience is strongly preferred, although training can be provided for candidates who demonstrate strong aptitude and a willingness to learn. While primarily focused on print and mail services, occasional support in hospitality and other workplace services may be required to maintain an excellent client experience.
Location: West Loop, Chicago IL
Shifts: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8:30am and 6:00pm with a 60-minute break. Due to business needs, overtime is regularly required on short notice (typically 3-5 days per week), with finish times occasionally extending to around 10:00pm.

Job duties
- Confident working in a professional, client-facing environment, with a strong customer service focus and the flexibility to support hospitality services when required
- Utilize appropriate logs for all office services work
- Ensure that job tickets are properly filled out before beginning work
- Perform work in office services, primarily reprographics, mail and intake functions according to established procedures
- Follow procedures to run jobs in proper order
- Communicate with supervisor or client on job or deadline issues
- Meet contracted deadlines for accepting, completing, and delivering all work
- Troubleshoot basic equipment problems
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
- Prioritize workflow
- Performs Quality Assurance on own and work of others
- Load machines with various paper, toner, supplies
- Answer telephone, emails, and place service calls when needed
- Interact with clients in person, over the phone or electronically
- Adhere to Williams Lea policies in addition to client site policies
- Use equipment and supplies in a cost-efficient manner
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum (1) year reprographics experience preferably in a legal, banking or large corporate environment
- Skilled in the use of mail, phone, email, digital reprographics and mail equipment
- Familiar with general back office procedures to meet and maintain client satisfaction
- Proven customer service skills are required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
- Good written and verbal communication skills, including professional telephone and email etiquette
- Attention to detail with good organizational skills
- Must be able to meet deadlines and complete all projects in a timely manner
- Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information
- Able to make independent decisions that conform to business needs and policy
- Good problem-solving skills, with the ability and understanding of when to escalate a problem to a supervisory level
- Must work well in a team environment
- Must be able to interact effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be self-motivated with positive can-do attitude
Additional Information
The salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $17.88 - $24.28/ hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
