The Insights & Strategy Specialist is focused on executing foundational analyses, preparing clean data sets, and delivering insights that support marketing performance and client objectives. The specialist works with guidance from more senior team members and contributes to reporting, campaign performance tracking, and ad hoc requests. This team has the task of translating complex data into 'Storytelling Insights' that align key business drivers and operational optimizations both internally and externally.

Responsibilities: 

• Acquire and transform data from multiple sources to create clean, usable datasets.
• Execute campaign analysis and performance reporting.
• Create basic dashboards, data visualizations, and reports to communicate findings.
• Support client deliverables by organizing and summarizing results.
• Assist in preparing materials that contribute to external presentations or client meetings.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify data needs and assist in project scoping.
• Document methodologies, metrics definitions, and reporting standards.
• Execute and present campaign analysis and performance reporting.

• Bachelors Degree In a Quantitative Field (e.g. Data Science, Marketing, Statistics)
• 2 years In an analytics or marketing support role

Skills and Certifications

• Working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
• Understanding of basic statistics and marketing performance metrics.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and eagerness to learn.
• Able to communicate analytical findings clearly to peers or business teams.
• Marketing agency experience a plus
• AI development experience is a plus

RRD's current salary range for this role is $64,000 to $98,400 / year. The salary range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the future. At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
