We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Production Tech 1 to join our team in Newark, United States. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various production equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing processes.

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment
• Load and unload materials into assigned machines
• Perform basic machine setup, including adjusting components and troubleshooting as needed
• Respond to indicator lights and display screens, taking appropriate action to resolve issues
• Maintain quality standards and meet production goals
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
• Perform regular equipment maintenance and cleaning
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
• Assist in inventory management and material handling
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement
• Complete necessary documentation and reports related to production activities

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
• 0-1 year of related production experience (preferred)
• Basic math skills and ability to perform simple calculations
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Proficiency in operating a pallet jack
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs. throughout the shift
• Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
• Basic understanding of production processes and quality control (preferred)

The hourly rate for this role at the noted location is range between $16.50 - $22.50

In addition to base pay, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
