Job Description
This position is hybrid - 3 days per week in office, 2 days per week from home.
The Inside Sales Lead Generation position is responsible for selling corporate products or services through the achievement of opportunity based sales. Reaching business targets through inbound/outbound calls, identifying correct contacts, and setting up appointments for Sales people to pursue opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect, generate, qualify, process and follow up on leads and appointment setting for outbound sales team.
- Collaboratively work with the sales, marketing team and leadership to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers.
- Initiate lead/demand generation strategies that include inbound/outbound sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Provide consistent, concise, accurate internal and external communications.
- Effectively communicate and present the RRD value proposition to customers.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
- Successfully identify the appropriate contacts.
- Generate interest and identify needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships both internally and client facing.
- Achieve sales lead gen and appointment quotas or any other metrics as defined by specific programs.
- Act as an ambassador for all of RRD's products and services.
- Responsible for making a minimum number of outbound calls on a daily basis using data provided.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and Sales team to ensure leads are generated within various business platforms.
- Convert calls to new business leads.
- Achieve defined personal and departmental targets captured from calling data provided.
- Be proactive in identifying opportunities for new business.
- Input and maintain all activities using Salesforce.
- Ensure service is prompt, polite and professional at all times.
- Assist with other departments and duties as required.
Qualifications
- HS diploma or equivalent with 3+years of relevant administrative/operational support in sales / prospecting.
- Able to consistently apply applicable policies, procedures, regulations, and program objectives when carrying out the duties of the job.
- Must have knowledge of technology to include computers and software programs such as MS Office or MAC word processing, spreadsheets, Salesforce or other programs specific to the job in order to complete job duties successfully.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively across departments.
- Must have strong organizational skills with ability to manage deadlines and prioritize workload and make adjustments to meet business needs.
- Requires excellent knowledge of functional area(s) related to the job or good knowledge related to a professional field of work.

The national pay range for this role is $32,500 to $57,500 / year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the
role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
