We are currently seeking a Finance Assistant to join our vibrant team. As a Finance Assistant, you bring a heightened level of financial acumen, a goal-driven approach, and a genuine enthusiasm for precision and detail to our dynamic Finance Team. Your commitment to excellence and adept financial management will be instrumental in ensuring the success and efficiency of our financial operations.

• Our finance team are bold and dynamic professionals who meticulously drive the business and strive to deliver an experience that is beyond expectation - creating memorable moments for our guests.
• Our Finance Coordinator are excited by numbers and attention to detail.
• You will work with the Financial Controller to provide reporting and administrative support.
• As an integral part of the team, you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the finance department.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with at least one year's relevant experience.
• Previous experience in Audit or Cost Accounting is preferred.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and internal controls; prior hospitality industry experience is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; experience with Opera PMS, POS systems, or other hotel finance systems is desirable.
• Working knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting; exposure to costing and inventory control is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and collaborate across operational and finance teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling financial information.
• Flexible, adaptable, and willing to support operational requirements while demonstrating a positive "Yes I Can!" attitude.
• Creative and proactive in identifying solutions and driving continuous improvement.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional service and contributing to an outstanding guest experience.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is beneficial but not essential.
