Job Description
This position is a contract position until 30 June 2024.
Recruitment Support
- Provide hiring support & talent management support to selected Business Unit & all Support units within the Bank.
- Plan & implement Career Events eg Career Fairs to build RHB Employer Brand Name in Singapore.
- Ensure smooth rollout & implementation of eRecruitment System, onboarding system in Singapore
Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning for RHB Bank
- Work closely with Section Head, TAMP to implement & review all talent acquisition strategy & action plans for the Bank that includes identifies future talent needs, proactive recruiting & planning.
- Carry out early manpower budget and planning which aligns with the Bank business strategy and talent needs. To manage the manpower headcount and budgets within the financial targets set locally and by Head Office.
- Carry out the entire recruitment process life cycle including recruitment events/job advertisement/career contact centres, initial screening & selection, interview, offers & on-boarding to ensure timely recruitment of vacancies in support functions and selected business unit.
- Implement Employer Branding strategy plans & projects to raise RHB Singapore’s profile in labour market
- Build new recruitment channels (including corporate & campus career fairs, virtual career fairs, govt career centres, referral scheme, social media, etc) to increase RHB’s Employer Brand awareness in Singapore market.
- Implement talent management initiatives such as Management Associate (MA) Program – onboarding of MAs in Singapore
- Assist SH, TAMP in Annual Succession Planning & Talent Review process by ensuring all Talent Profiles and Development Plans are updated, so as to ensure strong talent pipeline and development plans are tracked and implemented.
- Rollout e-recruitment system in Singapore, including UAT, pilot testing, tracking log issues to ensure identified problems are resolved, planning end-user training workshops, send post-implementation updates to HQ implementation team.
- Plan & implement Career Events eg Career Fairs to build RHB Employer Brand Name in Singapore.
- Handle full spectrum of recruitment of interns not limited to onboarding and offboarding.
- Handle work pass application of new hires and their dependent pass.
- Work on any new projects as assigned by superior and the Management team.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree with at least 3 years’ HR experience, preferably in a banking environment
- Strong working knowledge in full spectrum of HR functions
- Track record of implementing major HR initiatives
- Dynamic, confident and strong leadership skills in managing and developing teams
- Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
