Job Description

Summary:
The Billing Clerk is responsible for billing assigned customer accounts in a timely and accurate manner. Work with sales, credit, and customers to ensure accounts are billed according to customer requirements while maintaining internal controls standards.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare billing information and supports the accuracy and efficiency of billing process
  • Bill customers in a variety of websites and reports utilizing Microsoft Excel
  • Review payments as needed for accuracy and helps to reconcile customers payments with cash applications
  • Take appropriate action with delinquent accounts and helps customers with billing issues
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School or GED - Required

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience
  • Experience in similar level position in Accounts Payable, Cash Applications or Administrative functions

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong focus on customer service skills
