• Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages to designated locations
• Load and unload packages efficiently, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage
• Plan and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency
• Verify delivery information and obtain necessary signatures upon package delivery
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving licence
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in using smartphones and delivery-related applications
• Previous delivery experience preferred
• Customer service experience demonstrating a friendly and professional attitude
• Physical ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 20kg
• Flexible schedule, including availability for week
