Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

Credit & Risk Support:

  • Prepare comprehensive credit proposals, credit limit applications (new/renewals), and financial analysis.
  • Monitor covenant compliance, early warning signals, and facility utilization.

Client Servicing & Documentation:

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients on operational and documentation matters.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Trade, Operations, Credit) to resolve queries and process transactions.
  • Assist in client onboarding, KYC reviews, and maintenance of CRM records

Operational Efficiency:

  • Ensure accurate data entry in banking systems and timely fulfillment of documentation (security agreements, facility terms).
  • Generate MIS reports, credit monitoring tools, and audit support materials

Compliance & Collaboration:

  • Uphold regulatory, statutory, and internal policy requirements.
  • Work closely with Relationship Managers to address client needs and escalate issues proactively.

Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent qualification in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in banking or financial services, with a focus on credit analysis and business support.
