Job Description

  • Direct the management and optimization of the sales team.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and solidify our presence.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by effectively managing the team and assessing their strengths and weaknesses.
  • Build and promote healthy, long-lasting customer relations.
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets and update financial records.
  • Motivate and direct the Sales agents to meet financial targets.
  • Provide specialist information, guidance, and advice to customers through excellent customer service to resolve queries.
  • Ensure effective sales achievements by sourcing quality deals from various channels.
  • Conduct comprehensive data collection and analysis to identify key insights and develop effective solutions that align with business requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Credit Card / Personal Loans business.
