We are looking for a Junior Cloud Operations Engineer to join our Cloud Operations team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or an early-career IT professional who wants to gain hands-on experience supporting cloud-based solutions while learning from experienced engineers.

You’ll work with modern cloud technologies, help maintain the reliability of our SaaS platforms, and play an important role in ensuring our services remain available and performant for customers around the world. This is a service-oriented role focused on operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement - not software development.

• Monitor cloud-based applications and infrastructure, responding to alerts and incidents
• Troubleshoot issues and restore services to ensure high availability and reliability
• Support deployments, updates, and maintenance activities across our cloud environments
• Analyze logs and system behavior to identify issues and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with development teams and senior engineers to resolve complex technical problems
• Participate in an on-call rotation (approximately once every 5–6 weeks)
• Contribute to automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency
• Support business users and internal stakeholders when technical issues arise

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience
• Strong interest in cloud technologies and IT operations
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS
• Familiarity with programming or scripting in any language is an advantage
• Understanding of networking, monitoring, virtualization, or containerization concepts is a plus
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to collaborate
• Fluent English
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a supportive team environment
