Job Description
Step into a high‑impact role where you’ll shape exceptional customer experiences from day one. As an Implementation Specialist at Parcel Pending by Quadient, you’ll guide clients through a smooth, engaging launch journey—configuring portals, coordinating communications, managing data migrations, and showcasing the power of our industry‑leading solutions. You’ll blend customer‑facing excellence with technical savvy, using tools like Salesforce and TalkDesk to keep launches on track while delivering a polished, professional onboarding experience.
In this dynamic, cross‑functional role, you’ll partner closely with teams across Field Service, IT, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success to troubleshoot challenges, champion process improvements, and ensure every customer is set up for success. If you’re organized, detail‑driven, proactive, and passionate about creating seamless customer journeys, this is your opportunity to make an immediate impact while bringing Parcel Pending’s culture, vision, and innovation to life.
Your role in our future:
- Lead customers through a smooth launch experience by managing communications, demonstrations, readiness checks, and onboarding support across phone, email, and web meetings.
- Configure customer portals, prepare welcome materials, coordinate registration workflows, and execute data migrations.
- Track and manage all launch activities using Salesforce and TalkDesk to ensure accuracy, consistency, and on‑time delivery.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to resolve challenges, support escalations, document issues, and continuously improve implementation processes.
- Serve as a product ambassador by staying current on Parcel Pending by Quadient solutions, advocating for customers, and contributing to company goals, culture, and team success.
Qualifications
Your profile:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, customer‑facing approach
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Resourceful problem‑solver who takes initiative and stays proactive
- Solid technical aptitude and comfort learning new systems and tools
- Effective at managing time, tasks, and resources with minimal oversight
- Prior client-facing or customer support experience preferred
