Quadient is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our International TA Team. In this role, you’ll be a trusted advisor and brand ambassador, working closely with stakeholders across Europe and Rest of the Word . You’ll own full‑cycle recruitment, influence hiring decisions, and help us continuously raise the bar on how we attract, assess, and make quality hires. 

What you’ll do

  • Partner with hiring leaders to understand team needs and design effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from intake and sourcing to offer management.
  • Create innovative attraction and sourcing tactics aligned with our global TA strategy.
  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, thoughtful guidance, and strong process management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across functions and geographies.
  • Promote Quadient’s EVP and employer brand, generating interest and driving talent to our opportunities.
  • Provide regular search updates, insights, and reporting to hiring teams and HR leaders.
  • Continuously look for ways to optimise processes, elevate quality, and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

What you bring

  •  Full‑cycle recruitment experience, ideally within a global tech or digital‑first environment.
  • Strong background recruiting digital and international profiles across multiple locations.
  • Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English. Skilled in French, German, Czech or Italian are a major plus point 
  • Ability to influence, advise, and build trust with leaders at all levels.
  • Proven success managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, complex environment.
  • Expert sourcing capability, including deep search and talent mapping.
  • Experience with recruiting technologies (e.g., Workday, Smart Recruiters, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • A proactive mindset, resilience, and a sense of humour — we value people who work hard and enjoy the journey!
