The Project Manager lead the end-to-end delivery of project within Infrastructure and Cloud.
In this key role, you will manage internal and external stakeholders as required to develop and implement project deliverables, within the constraints of time, cost, and efficiency.
This is a high-impact opportunity for a detail-oriented Project Manager who thrives on delivery of complex transformation and enjoys collaborating across stakeholders to deliver best-in-class outcomes.
Responsibilities will include:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex Cloud and Infrastructure transformation programs, including cloud migrations, application modernisation, infrastructure refresh, and platform optimisation initiatives.
- Develop, maintain, and govern project schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, critical paths, and implementation roadmaps to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and financial performance, ensuring delivery remains aligned to approved business cases and funding commitments.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams comprising infrastructure, cloud, network, security, application, architecture, and vendor resources to deliver agreed outcomes.
- Drive governance forums, executive updates, risk management, issue resolution, and benefit realisation activities.
- Lead migration planning, cutover activities, transition to support, operational readiness, and stakeholder communications to minimise delivery risk and operational impact.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify business needs, define problem statements, assess value and feasibility, and develop lean canvases or business case artefacts to support prioritisation and delivery planning.
- Operate effectively across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models, providing leadership, mentoring, and coaching to project team members and delivery partners.
You will ideally bring:
- 5+ years of experience delivering large-scale Cloud and Infrastructure transformation programs within complex enterprise environments.
- Experience with Cloud Platforms, AWS/Azure, Windows Server Upgrades, ITIL, and IAM advantageous.
- Demonstrated expertise in project governance, budget management, forecasting, resource planning, vendor management, and executive reporting.
- Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary technology teams and managing complex technical dependencies across infrastructure and application landscapes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to engage effectively from technical specialists through to executive leadership.
- A collaborative and outcomes-focused leadership style with a passion for building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Experience managing third-party vendors, managed service providers, and commercial delivery engagements.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance delivery outcomes, risk, budget constraints, and operational considerations.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities, tight deadlines, and complex transformation programs.
- Airline domain experience preferred, but not critical
