Qantas Freight is Australia’s largest independent air freight services business, moving over 4000 air freight shipments across more than 500 destinations globally.

If successful – you would deliver total customer satisfaction through the accurate and efficient processing of export & Import flight documentation and administration duties associated with the delivery and acceptance of Import and Export Freight (Domestic and International).

You’ll have –

• Previous Experience in a cargo terminal or logistics environment (desirable but not essential)
• The ability to work a 7-day rotational shift roster including night shifts
• Previous face-to-face customer service skills and experience (desirable but not essential)
• The ability to work as a team or independently
• Sound data entry skills and high attention to detail
• Strong time management skills
• The ability to obtain a Dangerous Goods Acceptance Certification 
• An open Drivers licence and the ability to obtain an Air-side Drivers Licence
• Eligibility to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
