Job Description

The Business Analyst is a key role within our Ancillary Products team, reporting to the Product Operations Manager.
Working closely with many cross-functional teams, the Business Analyst will ensure the Ancillary Products documentation and knowledge can be relied upon for planning, decision making and delivery.
To enable efficient, scalable product delivery, you’ll translate complex processes into detailed process maps and workflows, define business requirements and create clear user stories, capture and structure business rules and build out SOPs.
Integral to the role is maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation and ensuring consistent governance to enable an always-on, high-performing product lifecycle.
To be considered, key skills will include:
- 3-5+ years as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Very strong process mapping and documentation skills, with the ability to synthesise complex information into clear, simple outputs.
- Strong communication and structured thinking.
- Experience with tools such as Miro, Confluence, Jira, or similar.
- Experience in the aviation industry and a technical background to understand relevant technology applications, technical solutions and system architecture would be advantageous.
