As the Delivery Manager, you will lead the design, planning and delivery of the digital roadmap for the Qantas Business Rewards online booking tool and Business Account. You will be responsible for identifying, scoping and implementing product enhancements, while assessing customer journey, infrastructure and resourcing impacts. You will manage delivery risks, escalate impediments where required, and work closely with cross-functional technology teams and vendors to ensure dependencies are clearly mapped, sequenced and delivered on time.

You will develop solution options, delivery plans and cost estimates while managing complex interdependencies across systems, people and processes. Partnering with stakeholders across Qantas Loyalty, Technology, Digital and operational teams, you will deliver projects end-to-end, ensuring outcomes meet business requirements, timelines and budgets. You will also be accountable for ongoing platform stability, operational support and financial management, including oversight of contingent labour, contractor management and associated governance.

You’ll have:

  • 7+ years’ delivery experience, including 5+ years in agile environments
  • 3+ years’ experience as a Delivery Manager or Agile Project Manager
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, IT or related field
  • Experience delivering within the airline industry or similar complex environments
  • Proven ability to lead large, matrixed programs across multiple teams
  • Strong stakeholder management with a customer-focused approach
  • Experience leading cross-functional and virtual teams to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication, commercial acumen and problem-solving capability
