Key Responsibilities

Client Assessment & Onboarding

·  Conduct client assessments by strictly following internal SOPs

·  Assist in collecting, reviewing, and organizing client documentation

·  Support the onboarding process for new clients

Account Management

·  Handle client account setup, activation, and updates in internal systems

·  Create and maintain audit bookings accurately and on time

·  Keep client records organized and up to date

Client Communication & Operational Support

·  Handle client inquiries and requests in a timely, professional, and solution-oriented manner

·  Deliver day-to-day operational support to assigned client accounts

·  Proactively identify potential issues and escalate to senior team members when necessary

·  Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients to ensure smooth operations

Payment & Invoice Support

·  Assist in payment tracking, invoice mapping, and basic reconciliation

·  Follow up with clients on invoice-related matters under supervision

·  Ensure invoicing records are accurate and up to date

Education

·  Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business, Finance, International Trade, English, or related fields preferred)

·  Fresh graduates are welcome – no prior work experience required

·  Internship experience in customer service, admin, or operations is a plus

Skills & Competencies

·  Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin (written and verbal)

·  Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

·  Attention to detail and willingness to follow SOPs and procedures

·  Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes
