Company Description
QAD Redzone helps manufacturers make more stuff for less while greatly improving the employee experience. While there is a lot of hype around digital transformation, the factory of the future, and Industry 4.0, the focus has been on the equipment and technology – not the people. At Redzone, we are all about the people, what we call “the connected worker.” We make frontline teams more engaged and more productive so their lives improve while contributing to positive business outcomes. We do this by combining exceptional software and world-class coaching, giving our customers an average productivity increase of 22% in 90 days. Redzone brings together Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams, improving the communications between those teams to resolve issues and increase output. Decision-making happens on the shop floor by the people doing the work, in real time, for immediate impact and a better overall employee experience.
With over 1000 customers, 1400 plants and 325,000 users, Redzone is changing the way people work – one plant at a time.
Job Description
We are seeking a Vice President / General Manager, EMEA to lead and scale our presence across Europe and into the Middle East. This is not just a regional leadership role—it’s a rare opportunity to build and scale the Redzone EMEA business from ~$5M to $30M+ in bookings over the next three years. The ideal candidate is a proven growth leader with deep operational and commercial experience in B2B SaaS or industrial technology, paired with a strong understanding of manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Leadership & Growth Strategy
Own and execute the growth strategy to scale QAD Redzone’s EMEA business from ~$4.4M to ~$35M in new bookings over three years.
Build and lead a high-performance commercial organization across sales, pre-sales, customer success, marketing, and partnerships.
Develop and implement localized go-to-market strategies across multiple European countries (initial focus on UK, Germany, France, Benelux, Nordics, Southern and Eastern Europe).
Go-to-Market Execution
Scale a multichannel GTM engine, including direct sales, channel partners, and OEM alliances.
Drive pipeline development (4–5x quota coverage) via a mix of field, inside sales, and marketing-sourced demand.
Build repeatable enterprise sales processes tailored to manufacturers, including value-based selling, quota models, and frontline coaching.
Team Building & Organizational Design
Expand the EMEA team from a small high-performing unit (~10 today) to a 50+ person regional organization.
Recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier local talent while creating a high-accountability, high-velocity culture.
Set up regional hubs or in-country teams in key markets, especially DACH, France, Benelux, and Nordics.
Manufacturing and Market Expertise
Engage directly with plant leaders, ops executives, and factory IT to deeply understand manufacturing pain points and position Redzone’s value.
Operate fluently across OT and SaaS, especially in brownfield environments where digital transformation is early-stage but urgent.
Leadership & Culture
Serve as a senior culture carrier for Redzone in EMEA—entrepreneurial, humble, customer-first, and relentlessly execution-driven.
Instill a rigorous performance culture driven by data, forecasts, and KPIs, with a strong emphasis on accountability and outcomes.
Qualifications
Experience
10+ years in senior commercial or operational roles within B2B SaaS, industrial technology, or manufacturing tech.
Proven success scaling a business from ~$5M to $30M+ in ARR or bookings, ideally across multiple European markets.
Direct experience building regional teams, launching new markets, and owning full go-to-market strategy and execution.
Expertise
Deep understanding of the manufacturing sector, particularly in food & beverage, consumer goods, or industrial segments.
Fluency in digital transformation themes and cloud-based software implementation in factory environments.
Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution in fast-moving environments.
Cultural & Regional Agility
Operational experience in at least 5–6 of the target markets (UK, Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Nordics, etc.).
Multilingual or strong cultural fluency; able to tailor approaches to local business norms and hiring environments.
Location
Flexible within Europe, ideally near a major hub (e.g., London, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Paris). Travel across the region required.
If you’re a builder, a leader, and a manufacturing-savvy tech executive ready to lead the next stage of Redzone’s growth across EMEA, we’d love to hear from you.
