Job Description
QAD is looking to hire a Graduate Trainee, Content Analyst.
This position offers complete remote work, with the initial two months involving on-site training at our Mumbai office. Only candidates residing in Mumbai will be considered eligible.
What you’ll do:
Gather information from government websites and other official sources regarding trade regulations, tariffs, import/export duties, and other relevant trade content.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and monitor for any updates or amendments to trade rules and procedures.
Translate government regulations and documents into a standard format or software-compatible format.
Maintain and update trade data in databases and systems.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of trade data.
Communicate with government agencies and other stakeholders regarding trade matters.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth trade operations.
Document processes and work instructions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent research and data analysis skills.
Proficiency in interpreting complex trade regulations and data.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of international trade regulations and procedures will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
Education/Licenses: A bachelor's degree is the standard requirement. Recommended fields of study include: Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related fields.
Experience: 0-1 year
Good spoken & written English skills
Good knowledge of the Internet, MS Office
Good analytical skills
A solid understanding of content creation, marketing strategies, and audience engagement is crucial.
