We are looking for a Technical Project Manager II to join our team. You will play an essential role in driving the successful execution of our technical and IT projects. You will be the driving force behind planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

This position is a remote (in the U.S.) position a W-2 hourly 12+ month contract with a possible extension. NO C2C

The hourly rate is $44 – $47. Candidates will be paid within this range based on their work experience and skills. Candidates are also eligible for limited benefits such as health insurance, professional development, training, our referral bonus program, and our wellness program.

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for managing one or more highly complex or enterprise-wide IT program(s) consisting of multiple projects.
• Provide status reporting on project key performance indicators (KPIs), schedule, resources, and milestone delivery.
• Develops the program strategy, supporting business cases and various enterprise-wide, high-level project plans.
• Ensures integration of projects and adjusts project scope, timing, and budgets as needed, based on the needs of the business.
• Responsible for enacting Scrum values and practices, ensuring the correct use of the Scrum process.
• Communicate with IT leadership, business leadership, and IT Business Consultants to communicate program strategy, direction, and changes.
• Responsible for delivering all projects contained in the IT project portfolio on time, within budget, and meeting the strategic and business requirements.
• Responsible for tracking key project milestones and recommending adjustments to Project Managers.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3 to 5 years of Project Management experience related to OSS, and BSS  in an Agile environment
• Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of Project Management methodologies and tools.
• Experience working in Telecom, Federal projects, or Public Sector Industry is highly desired.
• Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills conducive to team development; able to work well in cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in tools and methodologies such as Agile/Scrum and JIRA.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates an understanding of technical concepts and the ability to work closely with technical teams.
