You'll be accountable for:
- Support the day-to-day campaign implementation on key accounts.
- Providing training and support to an Account Coordinator who manages specs and material implementation.
- Providing campaign tracking and end of campaign reports and competitive reports, and assisting more senior team members with gathering data for more complex reporting.
- Proactively source audience data to inform broader planning collaboration with the wider team (using eTAM, eRAM, AdQuest, VOZ, Roy Morgan and others).
- Buying Radio and Direct IO digital campaigns, and exposure to TV and Outdoor buying, including managing radio holdings, loading activity and post matching.
- Contributing to client WIPS - liaising with clients and creative agencies to provide accurate information and timelines, manage expectations and overcome day-to-day challenges, or escalate more complex challenges.
- Assist the team working with other departments to ensure a campaign goes live on time through the use of best practice and adherence to client scope of work.
- Manages smooth financial management including loading or assisting the Account Coordinator with loading Outdoor, Digital Adserving, Programmatic and Digital Direct IO activity. Ensuring proformas are correct and assisting with monthly invoice reconciliation.
What you will bring:
- Minimum 1-2 years of media buying/implementation experience across offline and/or digital channels.
- Demonstrable knowledge of offline and/or digital management tools including:
- Spectra, Spectra Post Matching, eTAM, eRAM - Assisting with monthly invoice reconciliation.
- Desirable knowledge (or keen willingness to learn):
- Campaign Manager (or similar), MOVE, Thorndyle (or similar Outdoor verification), Marquee (or similar TV/Radio Key Number allocation), VOZ and Spectra Holdings.
- Knowledgeable using Office tools
- Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams and Calendar (booking meeting rooms and setting up meetings).
- Strong written and verbal communication experience.
- Attention to detail that is second to none.
- Able to provide solutions and think outside of the box.
- A collaborative team member who thrives in working with others.
- A true professional with strong time management and the aptitude to juggle multiple priorities.
- Strong organisation experience with a love for being one step ahead.
- Has a curious nature with a willingness for continuous learning and fearless growth.
